Storing Multiple Boxes?

To store different types of boxes (e.g., a Small and a Wardrobe Box), simply add each one you need to your cart. All items in a single order will be scheduled for the same collection day you select. Your total monthly price will be clearly calculated and displayed on the cart page before you complete your payment.

What can I store?

You can store most personal and business items that you'd typically find in a home or office. Our By the Box service is perfect for (but not limited to):

  • Books, files, and important documents
  • Seasonal clothing, shoes, and accessories
  • Small electronics and cables

  • Sentimental belongings, photo albums, and collectibles
  • Student essentials like textbooks and bedding

What are the box size and weight limits?

We accept much more than just cardboard boxes! You can store suitcases, travel bags, sports gear, and more.

For the safety of our team, the maximum weight for any single item is 20kg (44 lbs).

Here is a guide to our size categories:

  • Standard Item (Small Box / Bag):Dimensions: Approx 45cm x 30cm x 30cm Best for: Heavy items like books, documents, vinyl records, tools, or small backpacks/archive boxes.
  • Large Item (Large Box / Suitcase):Dimensions: Approx 50cm x 50cm x 50cm Best for: General household goods, clothing, toys, medium suitcases, or holdalls.
  • X-Large / Tall Item (Wardrobe Box / Sports Gear):Dimensions: Approx 45cm x 45cm x 96cm Best for: Bulky but light items (duvets, pillows), large suitcases, golf clubs, skis, or hanging clothes.

Can I use my own packaging?
Yes, absolutely. You are welcome to use your own sturdy boxes, suitcases, or bags.

  • For Boxes: We recommend double-walled cardboard for strength.
  • For Loose Items: Please ensure they are secure (e.g., zipped bags).

Have an item with irregular dimensions (like a guitar or snowboard)? give us a call to check if we can fit it!

How do I get my boxes back?

Suddenly need your winter coats or that box of important documents? No problem at all! With our easy-to-use website, your items are never far away. Simply let us know which box you'd like back, and we'll deliver it right to you for a small fee. Think of it as your personal storage concierge.

Do you offer a collection service?

Yes, we do! For added convenience, we can arrange a collection service from your home or office for FREE. This service is available throughout the island.

Can i use my own boxes?

Yes, absolutely. You are welcome to use your own boxes.

To ensure your belongings are safe and can be stacked securely in our facility, we have one essential requirement: your boxes must be made of heavy-duty, double-walled cardboard.

The Easy Way to Check:
Look at any open edge of the cardboard. You must be able to see two separate layers of 'zigzags' (corrugation). If you only see one layer, the box is not strong enough for secure stacking and cannot be accepted.
