At Isle Store, we aim to make your entire storage experience as simple and seamless as possible, starting with getting your packing materials to you. This policy outlines how we handle the shipping of our high-quality packing boxes for our "By the Box" storage service.

Order Processing & Dispatch Time

We are committed to getting your packing materials to you promptly.

  • All orders for packing boxes are processed and dispatched from our Sandown facility within 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once you have made your purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail.

Shipping Method & Carrier

To ensure reliable and comprehensive coverage across the Island, all of our packing box orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Their trusted local service ensures your package arrives safely and efficiently.

Shipping Costs

A flat-rate shipping and handling fee of £5 applies to all packing box orders to any address on the Isle of Wight. This fee will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Important: Your Collection Barcodes

Included in your delivery will be a set of unique, pre-printed barcodes. These are essential for our collection service.

  • What they are: Each barcode is uniquely tied to your account and the specific box you have ordered.

  • What to do: After you have finished packing a box and sealed it securely, please affix one barcode sticker to the top or a long side of each box.

  • Why it's important: These barcodes allow our team to quickly and securely identify your belongings when we come to collect them, ensuring a smooth and error-free start to your storage period.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched with Royal Mail, you can typically expect your delivery within 2-3 business days. Please note that while Royal Mail is highly reliable, these times are estimates and can be subject to delays outside of our control.

Please note that we currently only ship our packing boxes to addresses on the Isle of Wight.
