1. Service Overview
We agree to collect, transport, store, and re-deliver your items in boxes or other suitable containers provided by you. Our service includes a one-time collection and a one-time re-delivery of your boxes at a date and time to be scheduled.

2. Charges & Payments
Storage Fee: The storage fee is charged on a monthly basis per box/item as specified on our website or invoice. All fees must be paid in advance.

Collection Fee: A non-refundable collection fee of £8 is charged for each collection. This fee is payable at the time of booking. This is currently FREE

Re-delivery Fee: A re-delivery fee of £8 is charged for each re-delivery of your box(es). This fee is payable at the time the re-delivery is requested.

Late Payments: If any payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to apply a late fee of £10 per week. We also reserve the right to suspend your access to our services, including re-delivery, until all outstanding payments have been settled in full.

Lien: We reserve the right to retain and/or ultimately sell or dispose of your goods to recover any unpaid charges and expenses incurred in their sale or disposal. You will be liable for all storage fees until the goods are sold or removed from our facility.

3. Your Responsibilities
Packaging: All items must be packed securely in suitable containers. You are responsible for ensuring your boxes are structurally sound and can be safely transported and stored. We are not liable for any damage caused by inadequate packing.

Weight & Size Limits: Each box/item must not exceed 20 kg in weight. We reserve the right to refuse to collect any box that exceeds these limits or to charge an additional handling fee.

Access: You or a designated representative must be present at the agreed collection and re-delivery times. A failed collection or re-delivery due to your absence or an inaccessible location may result in an additional charge of £10 for a rescheduled attempt.

Prohibited Items: You must not store any of the following items:

Illegal goods, stolen property, or illegal substances.

Hazardous, flammable, explosive, or combustible materials (e.g., paints, gasoline, compressed gas, aerosols).

Perishable or decaying goods (e.g., food, plants).

Living creatures.

Items that attract vermin or pests.

Valuable items such as jewelry, money, or irreplaceable documents. You store such items at your own risk.

4. Protection Plan (if taken out by customer)

4.1. OWNER IS NOT AN INSURER: The Occupant acknowledges that the Owner (Isle Store) is not an insurer and will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Occupant's Goods, except as explicitly stated in this clause. The monthly storage fees do not include insurance for the Goods.

4.2. OCCUPANT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO INSURE: The Occupant is solely responsible for insuring their Goods to their full replacement value at all times while they are in storage or in transit during collection and delivery.

4.3. OWNER'S LIMITED LIABILITY (THE "PROTECTION PLAN"): As a separate and distinct part of the service, the Owner agrees to accept a limited liability for the Goods. In the event of loss or damage to a box caused directly by the proven negligence of the Owner or its employees, the Owner's liability shall be strictly limited to a maximum of £40 (forty pounds) per box.

4.4. EXCLUSIONS TO LIABILITY: The Owner's limited liability of £40 per box shall NOT apply to any loss or damage that is: a) Caused by events outside the Owner's reasonable control (e.g., fire, flood, storm, or other acts of God). b) Caused by any action or omission of the Occupant, including (but not limited to) improper, inadequate, or insecure packing of Goods, especially fragile items, or the failure to declare the contents of a box. c) Caused by the inherent nature of the Goods themselves (e.g., natural degradation or spoilage). d) Related to any Prohibited Items stored by the Occupant.

7.5. RECOMMENDATION: The Owner strongly recommends that the Occupant secures their own separate insurance policy (e.g., via a home contents policy) to cover the full value of their Goods, especially if the items in any single box are worth more than the £40 liability limit.

5. Termination
By You: You may terminate this agreement at any time by requesting the re-delivery of all your boxes and settling all outstanding charges.

By Us: We may terminate this agreement by giving you 14 days notice if you breach any of these terms, including late payment. Upon termination, you must arrange and pay for the re-delivery of all your boxes within the notice period.
