Can I really use this as my official Companies House address?

Yes, absolutely. Our Mailbox Plus and Mailbox Pro plans are specifically designed for this purpose. When you sign up for either of these plans, you can use our professional Sandown address as your official Registered Office Address with Companies House. This is a fully compliant service that enhances your company's image and, most importantly, protects your home address from being listed on the public record.

What are the limits on parcel sizes you can accept?

We are happy to accept and sign for the majority of letters and standard parcels on your behalf. Our team can handle items up to the size of a large suitcase (approximately 75cm x 50cm x 30cm) and a maximum weight of 20kg. If you are expecting a delivery that is oversized, palletised, or requires special handling, we ask that you please contact us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

What's the process for collecting my mail in person?

Collecting your mail and parcels with us is designed to be both secure and convenient. You'll receive an instant email notification the moment any item arrives, so you'll always know what's waiting for you.

Our process is split to give you the best of both worlds:

For Your Letters & Mail:
Upon signing up, you are assigned a private, locked mailbox here at our Sandown facility and given your own unique key. You can use your access code to enter the facility and collect mail from your personal mailbox. This gives you complete privacy and flexibility.

For Your Parcels & Packages:
Any parcels or larger items that don't fit in your mailbox are securely received and signed for by our staff. To collect a parcel, simply visit our reception during our office hours and present a valid form of photo ID. Our friendly team will retrieve it for you, ensuring your valuable packages are always kept safe until you're ready.

This two-part system provides the 24/7 convenience of a personal mailbox combined with the staffed security of a reception for your larger deliveries.
